NP EN ISO 9001:2015 | NP EN ISO 14001:2015
In 2005, TEICOCIL began implementing its Quality Management System in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, and obtained certification of its processes in February 2006.
In 2009, the strong consolidation of the System allowed the transition to the NP EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
In 2018, with the entry into force of the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, the company ensured the implementation of the Quality Management System, making the most of its human and technical resources.
In line with its strategic vision and environmental responsibility, TEICOCIL has begun implementing an Environmental Management System, based on the NP EN ISO 14001:2015 standard, promoting sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in all its activities.
Quality and Environment Policy
TEICOCIL – Teixeira, Costa & Silva, Lda., maintains an implemented Quality and Environmental Management System in order to maximize the performance of its human and technical resources, ensuring:
1. To fully satisfy customers by delivering products that meet their requirements and providing a service that is both fast and efficient;
2. Continuously improve the organization, its management system and environmental performance, establish and review measurable environmental objectives, acquire technical means and train human resources in order to minimize the occurrence of failures;
3. Constantly update internal operating procedures and standards, comply with legal and other applicable requirements, ensure quality service and environmental compliance, and provide appropriate responses to relevant stakeholders;
4. To provide full logistical and human support to our employees for the performance of their duties;
